Parts Return Policy

1. Check and report any damages or shortages to the delivering carrier and / or Utilimaster Corporation Parts Sales within 24 hours of receipt.
2. Any incorrect parts should be reported to Utilimaster within 72 hours of receipt.
3. Prior authorization (Returned Goods Authorization) is required for any parts return. The selling parts sales representative will issue this.
4. All returns for credit are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
5. On all returns for credit, the customer is to arrange the return transportation and must be shipped prepaid.
6. Copy of invoice or packing slip MUST be included with returned parts or increased restocking fee may apply.
7. No returns will be allowed for special order parts, make items, or after 30 days.
